AutoSanMarq Service (“the shop”) processes its customers' personal data under Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015 of the Republic of Colombia.
Only what you give us so we can help you: name, mobile number, email if you enter one, vehicle details and a description of what you need.
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores one preference of yours in your browser — the light or dark theme — which never leaves your device and cannot identify you.
To answer your request, book the appointment, quote the work, carry out the service and keep your vehicle's history. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
The form on the contact page sends nothing to a server of ours: it composes a message and opens it in your WhatsApp, which you choose to send or not. Once sent, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's policies.
You may access, update, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the email or WhatsApp shown on the contact page. We handle requests within the timeframes set by law.
We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts and for as long as legal and accounting obligations require. After that it is deleted.
