A request sent through the form or by WhatsApp does not confirm an appointment: it is confirmed when the shop replies with a day and time. If you can't make it, let us know in good time so we can free the slot.
We stand behind the labour on the work we carry out and the parts we install, according to each manufacturer's warranty. The terms and the period are written on the invoice. Parts supplied by the customer carry no parts warranty from the shop.
